With the rapid development of the auto industry, the factory produced a large number of automotive paint wastewater. If the wastewater emissions without treatment, it will surely cause serious pollution of rivers and affect people's living environment. Therefore, studying automotive paint wastewater treatment technology and its application in engineering for sustainable economic development is of great significance.Automotive painting wastewater treatment technology status and the direction of development at home and abroad are introduced in brief. The organic/inorganic flocculants were used in automobile coating wastewater treatment, the wastewater treatment process conditions were optimized, the process for an automobile factory coating wastewater first level stations transformation was also optimized. After the improvement, wastewater treatment water quality has been markedly improved, its quality achieved national emission standards, which will also significantly reduce operating costs and use. The main conclusions and contents as follows:â‘ Wastewater briefly features, conventional wastewater treatment technologies, automotive painting wastewater characteristics and processing technology status are introduced in brief, the existing problems of the first level station of a certain automobile plant wastewater treatment station are analyzed.â‘¡Organic/inorganic flocculants polymerization principle is analyzed theoretically. Polymerization mechanism and the related impact on cohesion factors are described, and the two polymer materials will be applied to wastewater treatment process. The optimal conditions were as follows: PAC optimal amount is 500 mg/L, the optimal flocculation PAC pH value is 8, the optimal mixing strength is 150 r/min, the optimal mixing time is 10 minutes, and the optimal settlement time is 20 minutes.â‘¢In the handling ideas of "high concentration diluted, classification", the treatment technology is applied to improve the first level station of a automotive painting wastewater treatment, and it will solve the existing wastewater treatment plant problems such as processing flexible poor, poor results and so on. The experimental results show that the effluent quality COD is less than 500 mg/L, SS is below 400 mg/L, oil is less than 30 mg/L. By appropriately controlling the improved drugs dropping time and location, the drug consumption will become fewer, the effect is better, and lower handling and operating costs of more than 30%. |
