The technical equipment of textile machinery is a foundation of material and technical of textile industry in China. And there are an important carrier of textile science and technology. The development of the technical equipment of textile machinery is related to the technical level and the competitive power of textile industry. Near for more than ten years, as one important part of textile machinery, electronic jacquard loom have made a great improvement. Through technical attack, the technical introduction, digestion and absorption, and cooperative production, the technical level of the domestic enterprise of electronic jacquard loom has a big enhancement. It can satisfy the needs of the low-grade and few parts of the high-grade products. But in comparison with the advanced international technology level, the domestic enterprises are still a heavy responsibility.The main work of this subject is the application of piezoelectric ceramics bimorph in electrical jacquard, we design the heald hooks selection mechanism and control system which is suitable to the characteristic of piezoelectric actuator, and test the stabilization and reliability of this system according to the electronic jacquard.Introduced here are the status of electronic jacquard in the world, I analyzes the problem exist in electromagnet heald hooks selection component. Then generalize the property of piezoelectric actuator, such as fast response,little driver current,non-heat, which make it more suitable as heald hooks selection component, according to the test result of driver displacement and force,which meet the demand of jacquard , we design the heald hooks selection mechanism and make the plastic module, and develop the driver system , I calculate the key component in this system ,especially the power amplifier and its heated-resistance. At last, the piezoelectric actuator system of electronic jacquard is assembled by all parts. We use the Photron FASTCAM-Super 10K and 10KC high speed image system of Japan to get the experiment data, the result indicate that the piezoelectric ceramics bimorph act stably , satisfy the demand of our design in the first place.
