As for oolitic hematite characteristic of configuration and thin inlay, I have known the many traditional mineral process methods about hematite, at the same time I refered to relevant references extensively.I carried on three methods of HGMS, after SLon-500, iron concentrate got to more 54% , recovery more 60%; united magnetic separation, the first tailing of SLon-500, which was sweeped and milled and separated by SLon-100, iron concentrate got to more 54%, the process could raise concentrate recovery.Counter flotation of three medicaments and combined medicament, synthesis medicament PW has better effect. Carried on raw ore,magnetic iron concentrate and scenery iron concentrate flotation experiment. And study the mechanism hematite and quartz with medicament.Mechanism analysis indicates: PW collector is prior to absorb on the quartz surface and change the contact angles and the Zeta potentials of quartz more markedly than the hematite, and these are probably the reasons for the differences of hydrophobicity of the quartz and hematite, and confirm the reverse flotation separation of quartz from the hematite on the basis of flotation theories. At the same time, the results of FTIR measurements also proved that the adsorption of combined collector on the surface of minerals is reversible, physical type because there was no new product on the surface of the minerals.In line with high-effect,economy,environmental protection, on the experimental datas and others considering, HGMS iron concentrate has 54%, recovery 70%; reverse flotation, PW is better to separate than other two medicaments, but final effect is not obvious and only raise more 1%, the oolitic hematite is not fit to reverse flotate in this article.There are about 39000 words, figures 46, tables 20 and 86 references.
