In this dissertation, according to the previous experiment results, pilot scale and production application scale reactor have been made to do the following research. The results as follows:(1)Pilot scale reactor is used to degradation active bright red X-3B simulation dye wastewater. Unify the different oxidant to UV (H2O2 , NaClO, ozone) oxidize the active bright red X- 3B, and compare with the processing effect. The results show that the UV/O3 processing effect is superior to the other two methods. The reaction time, O3 dosage, the pH significantly affects UV/ O3 oxidation process. Compare with individual O3 and the UV oxidation, as O3 and UV have coordination effect, the UV/O3 processing effect to the dye wastewater is obviously the best.(2) Base on the pilot scale research, production application scale reactor is used to treat actual knitting wastewater. Unify the different oxidant to UV (H2O2 , NaClO, ozone) oxidize the knitting wastewater and compare with the processing effect. The results indicate, the UV/NaClO processing effect was superior to the other two methods. The reaction time, NaClO dosage, the UV intensity significantly affects UV/NaClO oxidation process. Compare with individual NaClO and the UV oxidation, as UV and NaClO have coordination effect, the UV/NaClO processing effect to the knitting wastewater was obviously the best. Advanced treatment of photooxidated wastewater has been studied with the activated charcoal adsorption. It can get rid of both COD and residual chlorine well. The combination device runs continuously for three months with stable processing effect. Fabrics that dyed by effluent are similar to the ones dyed by fresh water in characteristic and quality. The quality of effluent can meet with production requirement.
