The Study On The Network Integration Control Management System For Workshop With Various NC Machines

NC machine network integration management is the amalgamation of NC technology and network technology, which can enhance the use efficiency of NC machine, achieve the information integration management of NC workshop, and form the basis of the integration of NC workshop and corporation information system. The thesis systematically studies the integration and network technology of NC machine and workshop production scheduling technology with NC machine. On the basis of this, a system that can achieve the NC machine network integration control and management based on workshop intranet is developed.First of all, based on the overall requirement analysis of the numerical control machine workshop to the system, the architecture of the system in general is proposed. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing the requirement of the network characteristic to the system, the principle of network design and mode choosing is put forward, which form the basis of the build up of the system hardware structure.。Secondly, a DNC online plan is put forward aiming at the requirement to the DNC system. Both IPX/SPX compatible protocol and series communication protocol are used to achieve online and communication between DNC server and numerical control machines in workshop.Next, the function model of production scheduling is set up based on analyzing the requirement of NC machines workshop to production scheduling, and the design of workshop production scheduling system is studied. At the same time, the thesis analyzes and designs the core part of production scheduling system--the scheduling arithmetic. With considering the characteristic of NC machining, the thesis designs a NC machine workshop production scheduling arithmetic based on OPT arithmetic and demonstration with an exampleFinally, the development circumstance is introduced. At the same time, the key technologies involved in the production scheduling system and the main interfaces of each function module are introduced in detailThe system has been used in Hubei Jiawang Automobile Brake System Manufacture Ltd., and the running status is steady, which can satisfy the basic production requirement of the corporation.
