The technology of CC-HCR and"CC-DHCR"had became the new index in steel and iron product technology at present, but steel making and hot rolling bring into effect integrative key part, accurately master continuous casting square billet from cutting HCR to the mill frond each stage heat field changing, that is the gradient of temperature changed .But continuous casting square billet simulate temperature field and forecast in a single process research at CC-HCR, induction heating .It can not be adapted at complexity and variety production. This article is CC-HCR, CC-DHCR actual technology process according continuous casting square billet Tang Iron and Steel Company Wire and Bar Plant as the research object to the process of CC-HCR and walking beam furnace heating, induction heating, temperature field simulated with computer and developed the computer software about casting square billet temperature gradient simulation and forecasted in some conditions.
