Phosphorus (P) is the main gene of lake eutrophication. The effects of organic P forms are showing more important. Organic matter is one of the P storeroom. It also can influence the change of nutrition element in sediment. Study the rule of organic P,organic matter forms and their transfer and translate in sediment-water interface in shallow lake is the important part that open out the mechanism of lake eutrophication. The transform and interrelationship of different form organic P and organic matter in hydrophily ecosystem were studied in the imitated shallow-lake environment condition by cultivation hydrophyte in indoor and greenhouse, the transform mechanism and influence factor of different organic form P was also probe into. The main conclusions are as the following.The organic phosphorus forms are mainly distributed in the fine particle size fractions; The contents of total organic phosphorus and it's four forms are all increase with the increase of polluted level; Moderately labile organic P is the main form of organic phosphorus; The proportion of labile organic P in the total organic phosphorus(TOP) is increase ,but highly resistant organic P is decline with the increase of the sediment's polluted level; The relativities between labile organic P(LOP),moderately labile organic P(MLOP),moderately resistant organic P(MROP),which with higher validity, and Fe,Al,CEC are all positive correlations, and better than highly resistant organic P(HROP). The relativities of HROP and Ca is better than other three organic phosphorus forms.The freeze-dried, ground past 100 meshes over-accounted the contents of different organic phosphorus fractions of the studied sediment samples, and that of fresh sediment sample were the lower-accounted, the effect is the largest, especially for the LOP and MLOP that is more bio-available, there is certain influence to the MROP and very small to the HROP. The results of freeze-dried, natural grain size can reflect the actual condition of lake sediments, especially from the point of phosphorus cycling in lake eco-system; it is the most suitable pretreated method.The total content of organic matter and their variability composition in sediment of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are firmly related with their polluted level. The humin is the main component of organic matter in sediment. FA are at largly higher than HA. The contents of three combined status of humus are increasing with the polluted level. The active of the loosly combined humus are higher than the firmly combined humus.The actively components are increased with polluted levelof sediment. The release of dissolved organic matter(DOM) reach the balance after three hour. The release potential in heavily polluted sediment is larger than light polluted sediment.There are a obviously lag of DOM release in heavily polluted sediment.The release content of DOM is the biggest when pH near 7.0. Hydronium intension can restrain the release of DOM. Normal temperature is the most fited temperature for the release of DOM.Labile and moderately labile organic phosphorus(LOP,MLOP) are the forms which are easily absorbed and used by hydrophyte.they are mostly trasfor into sediment after hydrophyte perish.The contents of LOP and MLOP were significantly and positively to total phosphorus and dissolved organic carbon in sediment, to the solve reaction phosphorus and total phosphorus in clearance water.,but negatively to the total phosphorus and total nitrogen in hydrophyte.
