This paper study the object is the ammoniac distilling system of GangTie JiaoHua corporation, Ammonia distilling is to distill the residual ammonia from the blast section in an ammonia still, which evaporate the volatile ammonia into the saturator to increase the production of vitriol ammonia and send waste water to biochemistry section to decontaminate. Therefore, if it is abnormal in ammonia distilling section, the production of vitriol ammonia will be unqualified and the biochemistry section will be abnormal too. that will leads the abnormality of sewage let.On computer, we use chemical process simulation technology calculates the integer mathematic module for whole factory, and get some information about this chemical process. Developed for 44 years, chemical process simulation technology has been widely accepted and applied by chemical engineers, and has become the tool for new design, analysis and improvement. In using chemical process simulation, you should choose corresponding thermodynamic method for different systems to calculate physical property data. Thermodynamic methods are divided into equation-of-state method and activity coefficient method in the main, one is for ideal system, the other is for polar system. Modeling every unit operation is the base of computer simulation, and relative important models include distillation, heat-transport, desiccation, absorption, etc. in this article, many common thermodynamic methods and chemical unit operation model used in chemical process simulation will be introduced.In this article, application the simulation software of chemical flow PRO/II. aim at the problems of in ammonia evaporation process: The consumption of various resources in ammonia distillation in the process are unacceptably high and the service time cycle of ammonia still operation is too short, we steady the model is very close to the actual state. On the base of summarizing the experience of the operating jockey and theoretical analysis, found the best control ranges of the alkali liquor, preheating temperature of the residual ammonia and the bottom pressure of the ammonia. We adjust the operation parameters through integrated optimization with the purpose of improving whole benefit. At last, aiming at the shortcomings of existing processes, we table a series of proposals, and put them in practice step by step. an economical benefit of 2.97 million Yuan RMB is obtained by the optimal control, and the cycle time of still operation is increased. The results prove that the whole benefit of the units has increased after adjustments, and it has broad mean for Ammonia distilling.
