Chlorobenzenes are widely used in organic and chemical plant. They can easily enter into environment by many ways, pollute water, solid and gas seriously. Benzenes, which already become a familiar edaphic organic contamination, also widely used in industry, especially in indoor decorate. These two kinds of organic compound are also bad to humans, so they are in the lists of priority pollutants in China and required to be determined.Liquid-phase microextraction based on traditional liquid-liquid extraction can extract by a drop of organic solvent hung on the top of syringe. It is not only easier than traditional liquid-liquid extraction, but also need less work intensity, extraction time, extraction solvent and sample volume. Have little effect on environment is the most important. LPME combines extraction; preconcentration and sample introduction in one step. LPME is usually applied to analyse trace contamination in environment. In this thesis the author summarizes the development and application of LPME in the field of chromatograph. First choose static headspace single-drop LPME as the analytic method in this thesis by comparison. Then detect chlorobenzenes in water and solid sample, benzenes in solid sample. Experimental parameters impacting the performance of extraction, such as volume of extracting agent, extraction temperature, extraction time, stirring rate, sample and headspace volume, and salt effect etc. were investigated. Good repeatability and sensitivity have been gained. At first determination of chlorobenzenes in water by headspace single-drop liquid-phase microextraction coupled with GC/MS was investigated. Experimental parameters impacting the performance of extraction were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, RSD is 3.6~9.2%, the detection limits is 3~5μg/L(TIM), 0.05~0.1μg/L(SIM). Real sample was successfully analyzed using this method, and the result is closed to purge and trap method, which means this way is doable. Then detect chlorobenzenes and benzenes in solid sample. Under the optimized conditions, RSD is 2.30~8.30% and 1.38~6.74%, the detection limits is 0.2~0.5μg/L(TIM), 0.02~0.04μg/L(SIM) and 0.1~0.51μg/L(TIM), 0.005~0.04μg/L(SIM).
