The block of co-PP is widely used in pool, barrel, broad, electromechanicalproducts and the production of tubing because it has good processing property, highimpact property and high rigidity in manufacture. And the demand of co-PP block isincreased in resent years. But it's difficult to produce and also it has lots of work to bedone in exploiting market. And the demand of market depends on input mostly inChina.Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of Petrochina has organized technician totackle the production of co-PP block many years. Now, the problems which restrictsetting throughput and long cycle running have been solved. But there is very difficultto solve the facts which still impact the quality of EPS30R. So, it's very important toimprove and stabilize the quality of product.In this paper, the contrast-test between EPS30R of Dushanzi PetrochemicalCompany has been done. The analyses such as arrangement of ethylene-propylene,ethylene content, composing proportion of ethylene content andethylene-propylene, crystal dynamics, composing of crystal, isotacticity,molecular weight, rheology, dynamic thermodynamics mechanical property,additive anatomy have been measured. Then depended on the precondition of nochanging on setting producing technical flow, coached by conclusion of productconfiguration anatomy, the influence between configuration and property areresearched with HIMONT's Spheripiol technique of PP setting of DushanziPetrochemical Company. The work provides theory support for measure of productionquality improving. And the nucleating agent using in EPS30R is also researched.According the research in this paper, the theory of quality improving on blockco-PP EPS30R is offered. And it is also available for the quality improving of product.
