| Electric Submersible Pump(E.S.P) is used as a more important oil production in the mediate and upper period of Zhongyuan Oil Field. E.S.P Motors'capability directly decides the good or bad function of E.S.P units. According to the practices and researches, E.S.P Motors used in high temperature wells are often brought on many technical problems such as being burnt out, its insulation materials being aged, its rotor wearing stator, its axletrees being disabled and large electric power consumption costs of the cable, So E.S.P Motors can not work effectively. Aiming at above-mentioned many technical problems, the paper has done researches such as designing new proper E.S.P Motor'parameters in virtue of electromagnetic theory, optimizing the dipping insulation lacquer and selecting insulation material of E.S.P Motors, studying the special lubricant structure and the favorable tolerance design to rotors and stators, carrying out the analysis of the cable electric power consumption costs in E.S.P unit and writing the pivotal working procedures of E.S.P Motors. On the basis of test in door and application in the locations, it can resist 180℃and contribute to the raise of oil field exploitation efficiency and economic benefits.
