The oil soluble cement, containing oil soluble material, can resolvespontaneouslyundertheeffectofinitialoilinplace, whichcanformflowpathtotheoil, whileitcannot resolveencounteringtheformationwater. Therefore, the oil soluble cement not only has high practical value on well cementation, water shutoff, sand control and environmental protection, and so on, but isalso significant to the protection of the hydrocarbon reservoir and theenhancementofthedevelopingbenefits.Based on the theory analysis, the permeability increasing agent-oil solubleresin A, which can broaden the pore obviously-was experimentally optimizedfrom many kinds of natural oil soluble organics, according to their resolvingcharacteristics. This kind of resin can broaden the pore obviously. In order tointerconnect the pores of the cement stones and enhance the selectivepermeability of the cement stone to the oil and water, the polyglycol wasoptimized as the connecting agent and phase permeability agent by means oftheoryanalysisandextensiveexperiments.Theorthogonalexperimentmethodwasadoptedtoanalyzetheeffectsofaffectingfactorsofoilsolublecementonthe oil and water permeability, selective permeability and the compressingstrength of the cement stone, and the formula point system was applied toestablish the basic oil soluble cement formulation to cementing operation in thisarticle. The dispersing agent SWJZ-1 and filtrate reducer SWJ-2 suitable to the oilsoluble cement were optimized by the study on the additive agents to thecement, andthefinalformulationofoilsolublecementwasfixedatlast. The active mechanism of permeability increasing agent and polyglycol wasresearched systematically. The oil permeability model of the oil solublecement that can be used to forecast the permeabilityof the oil soluble cementand the ultimate permeabilitywas also established accordingto the equivalentfiltrationtheoryinthisarticle.
