A measurement of planar cross grid encoder is used to measureorientation error of NC Milling Machine, Mallat arithmetic isadopted to deal with data . Guide movement character analysis,dynamic analysis of the ball-screws , vibration analysis and heatanalysis are made and feeding system mechanical transmissiondynamic model, driving motor model, stiffness model, control modeland multivariate linearity regression model are established. Thearithmetic of 2-dimensions contour offset and transitionprocessing is particular studied based on line,arc and curvesegments.MATLAB language is adopted to work out a Milling Cutter TrackCreating System of 2-Dimensions Contour Milling Machining .In thissystem , contour offset and transition processing program andinterference test and processing program are made out, NCmachining code is created, graphical user interface is designedand visual milling cutter track is carried out. This system is usedin mould machining plant, it programs according to real millingcutter radius, calculates no-interference machining track outsidethe machine directly, and it' smilling cutter radius compensationisn't needed when machining so that machining interference isavoid.
