In China, about 80ï¼…of gasoline used for automotive is provided by fluid catalyticcracking (FCC)gasoline, in which the contents of olefin and sulfur, resulting in the seriousenvironment pollution, are not up to Standard for Controlling Injurant in AutomotiveGasoline in China. So it is very necessary and urgent to upgrade FCC gasoline to produceclean and environment-friendship fuel. In this paper, we reduce the content of sulfur andolefins in FCC gasoline by OTA upgrading technology while remaining the value of RON.We research the pressure of hydrogen influences on the performance of catalysts basedon optimizing the technicas condition. As a result, we find that the catalyst perform well on2Mpa to 3Mpa. We also research the micro-composition in gasoline such as diolefin'sinfluences on the process of FDO catalyzing and the final product. The results show that withthe content of diolefin increasing the reducing olefin ability is strengthened thedesulfurization conversion increase meanwhile, but catalysts are deactivated very soon. Theend point of the product gasoline raise meanwhile.The deactivated-catalysts causing by carbon deposit are regenerated. Catalysts loading ofdifferent percent NiO were prepared by impregnation method, FDO-A,FDO-B,FDO-C threecatalysts are prepared and are characterized. We compare the performance of RFDO seriesand FDO to find differents between them. The results show that RFDO-B recovers the FDOcatalyst's ability of reducing olefin, desulfurization, end point of product gasoline andstabilityExistent gum of gasoline is an important index for its working performance; it'sproduced after oxidation, congruence between hydrocarbon and nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur.As existent gum directly affects the quality of gasoline, our country's gasoline standardstrictly limits its content. In this paper, we compare the determination methods of the existentgum and give some advice to make some mend meanwhile. We also discuss the existent gumof different content of sulfur or diolefiners gasoline after reaction on fixed bed. Researchshows that the exitent gum of gasoline change very little as upgrading process.
