| A new inorganic polymer Polymeric Titanic Sulfate is synthesized in this paper, using onestep acide dissolution method, and make sure the proportion of reactants, the temperature ofreaction, the times of reaction in preparation of Polymeric Titanic Sulfate. The dynamics offirst step has discussed,and new inorganic polymers are produced by taking differentproportion of Ti(SO4)2 and PAC. The capability and structure of Polymeric Titanic Sulfateand other inorganic polymers is analyzed by XRD,DTA and UV-VIS.Survey results show that:1,The final production of this experiment is polymeric titanium sulfate, its molecularformula is [Ti(OH)n(SO4)(4-n)/2]m. There are two steps in this reaction. Sulfuric acid meltsthe titanium in the first step, the equation is:Ti+2H2SO4=Ti(SO4)2+2H2↑. Hydroxyl ionspolymerize to the Ti(SO4)2 gradually in the next step and the production is gained. Last thecolor of production is dark coffee, and it becomes a ropy non-crystal matter.2,In the first phase of this experiment, the rate of reaction is slowly at 25℃, and itexpedite by the hoist of temperature but the stability of Polymeric Titanic Sulfate fallgradually; if the temperature of the first phase reaction exceed 40℃,the gas of sulfid is able toproduce, and the polymer can't be produce. The appropriate temperature of first phase is36℃,the times of reaction are 8 hours, and Polymeric Titanic Sulfate can be keeped by 30days.In the second phase, it needs 90 days to get the last production at the normal temperature.Heat up the liquor which gets in the first phase, finally make the temperature rise 2℃at eachstep from 30℃to 45℃. The experiment last about 10 days and Polymeric Titanic Sulfate isthe last production.3,Study the first phase of this experiment by kinetic method, it shows this reaction isfirst-degree reaction. At 32℃,34℃,36℃and 38℃, each constant of reaction rate is 0.0042,0.0052, 0.0098 and 0.0146, and the constant of dynamics is pyramided by the hoist oftemperature. The each initial reaction time is 81.5, 52, 43 and 21min. The energy of activationof first phase is 170.32kJ/mol through the constant of dynamics.4,It was found that the Polymeric Titanic Sulfate has a apices of decalescence at 150℃,and it changed into ivory-white powder of when sintering to 335℃, and the chemical formatis (TiO)(SO4); then it changed into yellow powder when sintering to 595℃, the Ti(SO4)2 andTiO2 are found from XRD. 5,The purple solution of first phase become straw yellow solution, at the same timePolymeric Titanic Sulfate is produced; the moisture of solution is discharged by heattreatment, but the structure of Polymeric Titanic Sulfate is not changed, and the thicknessaugment gradually.6,The same crystals can be produced when the thickness of 20%PAC and the thicknessof 40%Polymeric Titanic Sulfate or 30%PAC and 50%Polymeric Titanic Sulfate havereacted. It have noncrystal matters which resemble crystal of organic macromolecule in thecrystals. |
