Teasaponin is a kind of crude indican compound in Camellia vegetable. It can beused widely in chemistry, foodstuff, architectural materials and agricultural chemicals. But now there are several problems about high cost, environmental pollution, lowpurity and so on while producing, which limits the production and application ofTeasaponin. The author analyzed the method of Vanillin-oil of vitriol color reactionquantitative determination of teasaponins, and compared it with Vanillin-oil of chloricacid color reaction method in this thesis. It is shown that the former has higherabsorbency and is also more sensitive to the same sample. When using the formermethod the result is that the most absorption wavelength is 545nm, standard curveequation is y=0.0008x+0.0257, correlation coefficient is r=0.9993, relative standarddeviation is 1.89%, reclaimable rate of adding standard sample is 100.04%. These alltell us that this is a good method with nice sensitivity, simple operation, goodrepetition, short analyze process, and little reagent consumption.I also did some research on liquid Teasaponin flocculating, which is added by tapwater to add producing water which is flocculating disposed by 30% Poly aluminumchloride adding 4%. The flocculation is 1% conch polysaccharide and when adding8.5% it can get better result. The author did primary research for using disposed producing water and tapwater as extracting water, and then added precipitator into liquid teasaponin. Thismethod has been of great value in reducing cost and reducing environmental pollution. The result of orthogonal test shows that extracting three times, liquid and Camelliaoleifera pancake in the proportion of 5:1,3:1,2:1 in turn, the first time addingproducing water, the second time and the third time adding tap water. It can get thebest result in condition of 7 hours, pH9 and 80℃, liquid and Camellia oleiferapancake in the proportion of 10:1. On the aspect of depositing oil teasaponin anddecompounding the compound the author has found low-cost precipitator and decompounding reagent. It shows that the best depositing reaction condition isreacting at room temperature, 3 hours, adding precipitator 16% per 100g Camelliaoleifera pancake. After decompounding reaction the liquid is filtrated by vacuum airpump. Use hot water to wash the sediment once. The best decompounding reactioncondition is selecting NH4HCO3 as decompounding reagent, reacting at 70℃,2.5hours, adding decompounding reagent based on reacting balance rate is 50%.
