Abstract/Summary:
The molecular signature technology uses actionme chanism of acceptor andimmune body, it is the process of preparing the special choice adsorbability polymerto some specific goal member (template molecular, imprinting molecular). Two kinds of methods are optimized to make molecularly imprinted polymers ofL-Tyr in This thesis. In order to obtain the best condition, bulk polymerization isfirstly carried on the study of the functional monomer, crosslinker, initiator andreaction conditions on the preparation and performance of MIPs by the single factorand orthogonal experiment, the superior condition is that Theα-Methyl Acrylic Acidis used as a functional monomer, Ethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate is used ascrosslinking agent, the ratio is 1:4:20, chloroform is used as a solvent,2,2'-Azobisisobutyronitrile is used as initiator, the amountis 60mg, reactivetemperature is 60℃, L-tyrosine molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) of goodadsorption properties can be produced, the extraction efficiencies is as high as 86.57%,saturation adsorption is as high as 77.66μmol/g.Then molecularly imprinted polymer in the aqueous suspension system iscomparatively studied, its optimal reaction conditions: Mixing speed is 200r/min, theratio of amount of substance among L-Tyr, MAA, EDMA is 1:4:20, the amount ofAIBN is 6.0g, 60℃water bathing,by this, L-tyrosine imprinted polymermicrospheres (MIMs)polymerization in relatively small average size (61μm) canbe produced. In addition, molecular imprinted polymer template molecule and the extractionefficiency factors of the L-Tyr is explored. Finally further explore the selectiveadsorption of the polymer properties and factors, and the characterization, ImprintedPolymers derived MIPs, the MIMS in aqueous adsorption, in the standard solution ofpH=2.0, L-Tyr 6.0 mol/ml, adsorption for 24 hours in 25℃, adsorption is maximum, respectively 91.64μmol/g,99.62μmol/g, uniform surface with the selectiveadsorption sites is obtained in MIPs,MIMs. Its maximum adsorption is 123.5934μmol/g, 140.0714μmol/g.
