Useless PCB Mounted with Electronic Components is a large amount ofelectronic rubbish which contaminates environment easily, but it canbring in high worthiness through reclaiming. The technology of reclaimingand disposal is complicated, but it has large significance in society andeconomy.This project aims to develop a equipment for electronic componentsdisassembly, and carry through the experimentation of system, study theundamaged and efficient disassembly technology of electronic components,develop reusing classification analysis database based on internet andinformation management system, and combine to reclaiming and reusingtechnology of PCB itself, to form a whole systemic reclaiming and reusingtechnology and method of useless PCB, lead reusing industries to bescientific and standardized. A lot of electronic components of uselessPCB have large reusing worthiness. For example, a mobile phone moduleworth 300 RMB. Therefore, considering the resource reusing of electroniccomponents, the disassembly of PCB should have undamaged electroniccomponents and efficiency. But there are not any technology and equipmentfor undamaged and efficient separation of electronic components and PCB,so it needs us to develop these equipments, analysis system and makingexperimentations.The main content of this research is as follows:1,The separation of electronic and PCB adopting air transferringheatI carried out a lot of experimentations in the process of thisproject, including hot wind gun heating experimentation, resistance stoveheating experimentation, infrared radiation heating experimentation,electronic magnet driving iron knocking on PCB experimentation in the hot environment, electromotor driving four teeth gear knocking on PCBexperimentation in the hot environment, best pneumatics driving rockerknocking on PCB experimentation in the hot environment. According toexperiment data, We decided the temperature electronic components heatingup to, in which electronic components can be apart from PCB easily andassuringly the electronic components damage ratio reaches minimization.There are five heating methods, according to analyzing these merit anddefection, we choose to heat the environment with infrared in the end.In addition, we decide the machinery design according to analyzingtemperatures distributing of the box.2,The separation of electronic and PCB adopting oil transferring heatUltrasonic is a flexible machine wave through physics medium, thesame to electricity, magnetism, light and so on, it is a physics energyform. Ultrasonic cavitation is a special physics process aroused by powerultrasonic through liquid medium. It is a complicated non-linearityacoustics problem. In the disassembly of electronic and PCB, the mainreasons of separation of electronics and base board and soldering tindesquamation are cavitation effect. Through a series experimentations wehave confirmed the silicon oil as the heat conduction medium finally, andconfirmed the best ultrasonic power, the best silicon oil temperature andthe best cleanout time when fixing the oil box dimension. The wholedisassembly equipment is composed of ultrasonic producing implement,exchange energy implement, heating oil box and PCB tightened equipment.
