Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is called the FRP pipeline in English. It can be installed conveniently, would not corrode in electrochemistry environment, can bears chemistry corrosiveness strongly, and FRP pipeline's maintenance cycle and service life is very long. It is widely used in many fields such as petroleum, electric power, chemical industry, papermaking, leather making, metallurgy, city water supply, waste water processing and agricultural irrigation.This article introduced the basic application situation of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline in the oil field, and analyzed it's superiorities from aspects such as structural design, manufacture craft, quality control, application, points out application characteristic of material, the characteristic target, the design main point and the basic request. Through massive experimental study of glass fiber reinforced plastic physics, chemistry and mechanics performance, the results indicated that the primary factor which affects the glass fiber reinforced plastic performance is strengthened material, the substrate material and the craft factor. According to the principle design of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline, this article studies influence of pipeline dead weight, the inside pipeline pressure, the outside pipeline pressure and the vacuum pressure, the temperature pressure, pipe wall structure level thickness to the structure design, and DN500 pipeline is designed in water injection pipeline maintenance project of old liberated area engineering project in the oil product No.2 of DaQing Oilfield, the test result indicated, the pipeline performance conforms to the national standard. Using the anti-curved intensity, the anti-curved module and Barcol degree of hardness retention rate, can appraise the chemical attack performance of the glass fiber reinforced plastic, and definite the medium life of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The experiment indicated that, the corrodes rank is related to the test specimen outward appearance change, the medium change, the intensity retention rate, the size rate of change, between the reduction and increase of weight, after has been soaked, the outward appearance and the medium color of anti-corrosive sample has not changed, but corrosive sample outward appearance and the medium color has the obvious change; This article carries on the quota attribute and the qualitative appraisal to the glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-corrosive medium rank.This article provides may profit references for researcher who is engaged in the glass fiber reinforced plastic from the product design, the raw material, the manufacture craft, installation process quality control research and so on, and lay a good foundation for improvement of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline product quality.
