The magnesium alloy which has the advantage of light get people's more and more attention, it is widely used in the fields of aerospace, automotive, communication and electronic industry. Currently, the key way of die casting production still can not satisfy the request of electronic production as light and short. There is much deficiency in thin shell shape as processing stability and the properties of product, so we adopt plasticity forming method to be able to avoid the defect. Study on magnesium alloy board forming law and hot magnesium alloy board forming simulation technology have important practical significance and economical value.The magnesium alloy has the close-packed hexagonal structure, so it is bad in the plastic deformation and very difficult to process the sheet, the belt, the bars, the sectional bars, thus there is much limit in its application. Along with the study of magnesium and the alloy preparation, process technology, the corrosion question, we can solve the above problem properly. These technical researches have brought the future for the magnesium industry development, hopefully changes the present domain situation of casting magnesium, which realize the magnesium renewal, may fill the blanks of many deformed magnesium alloy in the country and abroad.We carried out experiment under different temperature and strain rate, unbiaxial stretch experiment to the magnesium alloy rolling sheet, drew the material flowchart at different temperatures, to analyze the changing rules as yield strength and tensile strength. Gaussian elimination was carried on in order to fit different temperature distortion performance parameter to obtain the continuous expression, which take the temperature as the independent variable distortion performance parameters.The basic concept of sheet rolling and finite element numerical simulation were Introduced. Then rolling process of magnesium alloy was simulated. The roll force, equivalent stress and spread were altered to find maximum stress was located at the edges of the sheet. And the spread of these areas were larger too. All of above can provide theory basis for improvement and optimization for the process. Orthogonal experimental design was used to find the effects of coefficient of friction, temperature and rolling velocity on rolling property. With the variety of rolling stress and deforming temperature, the variety trend of rolling property was analyzed, which provide a reliable proof for the development and application for sheet forming technology of magnesium alloy.
