Water is an indispensable and irreplaceable resource for life and production. It is the important environment for the biology. In recent years, for the activity of the human has been more and more continually which caused the deterioration of the water environment system of the zone. The shortage of water resource has been one of the focus problems all the world.Groundwater pollution by Seawater is the mostly environment problem for the shore country. The reason for it is that Seawater intruding into layer caused by the drop of freshwater level of earth, which is a worsening phenomenon of environmental geology named seawater intrusion. It has become the leading question for the development and utilization of Groundwater, and even affects the national economy and the people's livelihood. It is serious of the impact of the Seawater Invasion to ecological environment in the typical area——Jin-zhou borough of Dalian. Collection the specimen of groundwater and soil, we analyzed detailedly the basic characteristics of them, such as chlorine, total rigidity, soil bulk density, soil porosity, total Potassium (K+), total sodium (Na+), et al.According to the resulting of the experiments, it was showed that the deterioration of underground water quality was serious, resulting salinization of soil and reduction of agricultural output. The results show that 8 items were not up to grade in 9 items. The chloride in underground water is 2-3 times higher than the standard. The degree of mineralization and the overall rigidity of soil are higher than the standard. In a word, the Seawater Invasion is serious to the underground water and soil at large Wei-jia in Jin-zhou. The policy of preventing seawater intrusion and realizing the favorable running of groundwater system must be taken: which is that reducing the exploitation on groundwater resources, increasing the recharge to the ground freshwater to drive up the groundwater level, enhancing the consciousness of saving water and management of water resource, et al.
