Corn fiber, a new type of sustainable development green environmental protectiontextile fiber, possesses ecology circulation characteristic and characteristics of silk luster,comfortable handle, high transparency, good thermostability, good coloring performance,better intensity elasticity than the cotton and kapok hemp and complete biodegradationFabrics made by corn fiber can be burnt, washed, however, had better not burn and washthem under high temperature (<130℃). Corn fiber has a higher Crystallization degreesand orientation, so has a higher thermal stability and comparatively high strength, but alsocan slowly degrade under the sunlight long-term illumination.Compared with the polyester fiber and the polyamide fiber textile fiber, its meltingpoint obvious is low, its module is half of the polyester fiber, softer than the polyester fiber,its density is between the polyester fiber and the polyamide fiber textile fiber, lighter thanthe polyester fiber. In addition, corn fiber has the smaller light reflection factor, latterprocesses are extremely easy, and people can make popular clothing and each kind of highperformance biodegradation textile fiber products.In recent years, the basic performance of corn fiber materials hasn't been studieddeeply. Analyze the mechanical performance of the corn fiber, measure the fiber strength,elongation at fracture, the initial modules volume, fracture rate under the standardatmospheric conditions and humid conditions, then analyze the relationship between thefracture intensity of the corn fiber and the elongation under the dry appearance and humidconditions, do thermal performance experiments to fabrics of different temperaturesrespectively to measure the mechanics changes of the fabrics after the heat treatment andfind out the regularity to definite the effective temperature areas of the fabric thermal, o Inaddition to the frictional properties of corn fiber, understanding friction characteristics,production and processing to help.
