With the development of society and economy, there are morerequirements on the clothes in recent years, for example, more comfortable,multiples, high grade and relaxed. But the traditional chemical filaments aremore and more difficult to meet people's demands for their shortages, such asthe lower moisture absorption, difficult to breathe, handle uncomfortable,static easily and aurora easily, porous & fine denier PET filament are appliedto some high grade cloth, and other fields, belong to high technology andquality product and will make profit in chemical fibre market.Porous filaments in traditional method can't acquire microhole whichstick through the hole filament.This thesis is focused on below aspects in chip-spinning production ofporous & fine denier-filament. The purpose is to increase the scale and quality,so as to enhance the capability of competition.Firstly, after analyzing the current equipment and process, we optimizedthe process and reconstructed the equipment according to the spinning andextending requirements of moisture-absorption yarn.Secondly, we tried all kinds of production conditions based on theoreticcalculation and technics design, and studied the production, yarn irregularity,elongation, intension, shrinkage and dying performance. Then the moresuitable parameters came out according to the characteristic ofmoisture-absorption filaments. Finally, the production was carried out by optimizing the process,reducing the variation of each bobbin and stabilizing production and quality.We will design style of woven cloth and the performance of the cloth. Theproduct was proofed to meet customer's requirements.
