Rivers are whether healthy, it is very important restriction factor to waste sewage with-drawal entered the river, in this sense, the key to solve the rivers and streams lake storehouse water pollution is the outlets managed well. Must maintain the rivers the healthy life, must from enter the river pollution outlet to grasp. The outlets is the role of bridge between source pollution and water environment, establishes improper, water body environment and so on the rivers will polluted seriously if outlets management bad, therefore outlets management is important topic in the current environmental protection domain.The present paper first introduced outlet and the related concept and its the management survey, outlet management present situation take Dagu Canal as the model research object, dis-cussed the outlet management technology, proposed Dagu Canal outlet classification mana-gement system. This article applies the nerve network theory in outlet management domain, the analysis appraisal difference outlet and its different stratification plane, and proposed the outlets classification management measures, formulates the outlet synthesis management system.The paper achievement will provide the scientific basis and the policy-making support to outlet supervisory work for Dagu Canal, will have the theory significance and the application value in the rivers protection and the management domain.
