With the fast development of industry and agriculture, the environment deteriorates gradually, especially water area pollution. The treatment of high concentration organic wastewater is always a hotspot and a difficulty in wastewater treatment. Alcohol wastewater is a kind of high temperature, high concentration, thick color, high suspending solid and acidity organic wastewater, which is important pollution. Aim at the characteristics of this wastewater quality, the present treatment situation and problems, alcohol wastewater treatment techniques were introduced on the base of investigation and exploratory bench-test. The treating effect of different technology parameter and effecting factors were studied. The result were as follows:(1).The UASB was first started using alcohol wastewater. When the input COD concentration was between 6000-8000mg/L,the temperature was between 25-30℃,pH was 6.5-7.5,HRT was 24-hour,the output COD was below 2000mg/L steadily. But the output COD was too high to be discharged, it should be treated by aerobic microorganic techniques. When the UASB was running, the temperature, pH, HRT, the input COD, the volume sludge rate should be controlled strictly.(2).When the alcohol wastewater was treated by AF(anaerobic filter),the input COD was 8000-10000mg/L,the temperature was between 30-34℃,pH was between 7.0-7.5,HRT was 17-hour,the output COD was between 1000-1500mg/L.The COD removal rate, the impact on pH, the effective volume, HRT, the endurance of impacting, the sludge quantity in output water, the steady ability and the effective treatment of wastewater were compared between AF and UASB. The result was that AF is better than UASB. The average COD removal rate of the former was 82.85% and that of the later was 77.40%,higher about 5%.The treatment effect of AF was better.(3).The treating course of anaerobic reactor was simulated using cone-shaped flasks. The treatment techniques was studied including temperature, pH, HRT and the input COD. By conducting single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments of raw and mature sludge, the impact on treatment result of affecting factors were studied. The single factor experiment result of raw sludge was that the optimal condition was temperature 35℃, pH7.0,HRT 48-hour,and the input COD 2000mg/L.The single factor experiment result of mature sludge was that the optimal condition was temperature 35℃, pH7.0,HRT 24-hour,and the input COD 4000-6000mg/L.The orthogonal experiment result of raw sludge was that the impacting level arrangement of the factors was HRT >the input COD> temperature> pH. The orthogonal experiment result of mature sludge was that the impacting level arrangement of the factors was HRT >the input COD> pH > temperature.(4).On the basement of studying the output COD, the settled character of sludge, the impact on pH and the stimulation effect on ECP secreting process, the comparable study of PAC, GAC and chitosan indicated that GAC was the optimal accelerant of anaerobic sludge granulation process. GAC is innocuous inert additive, which can help microorganism membrane engender. It was the heart of anaerobic granule sludge and its stimulative effect was obvious. The optimal additive quantity was 50-100mg/l.The alcohol wastewater treatment technology was confirmed and bettered in the study which provided the techniques parameter and technology program for treating alcohol wastewater in practice. The impact on treatment effect of anaerobic wastewater was studied and the anaerobic granule sludge accelerant in alcohol wastewater was primitively sieved and comparably studied. The great deal of primary experimental data and corresponding parameters in the paper can be referred for further study of anaerobic treatment process of same kinds of wastewater.
