Zaohe river lies between Xi'an and xian yang city ,it is about 36.46Km, its span in the city is about 27.34Km,the aera is about 120 square kilometers. The entire Zaohe water quality is worse than classâ…¤. To improve the overall environmental quality of Zaohe river and protect the quality of ecological environment in the Weihe river, we did the study about the purification of Zaohe river by hydrophytes and actonomyces under the room condition, basing on the former people's research. We investigated the hydrophytes purifying Zaohe river in different seasons and different kinds and different water quality; we also studied the actonomyces treat the water body under the conditions of station and rotational level ,the different pH and inoculated number. The results as follows:(1) By studying the research of the Oenanthe javanica purifying the Zaohe river, the results showed that: Oenanthe javanica had good pollutant removal efficiency of Zaohe river in summer and autumn. The maximum removl rate of COD and PO43- were 46% and 92% in summer; while they were 39% and 27% in autumn. Obviously, the removl rate of COD and PO43- in summer was better than in autumn.The removal rate of NH4+-N by Oenanthe javanica was better in autumn than in summer.The maximum removl rate of NH4+-N was 82% in autumn while it was 70% in summer.(2)It showed that the three kinds of hydrophytes absorbed the nitrogen and phosphor effectively and the effects of Phragmites communis was better than Herba plantaginis and Oenanthe javanica. The removal rate of the same pollutants by different hydrophytes were different.(3)Three kinds of hydrophytes were studied by treating three levels of water in summer, in which it showed that the removal effection of different plants had great differences.Along with pollutant density advancing, the different resistance ability of the hydrophytes appeared remarkable. Oenanthe javanica had strong resistance and it could be used in the bioremediation greatly.(4) By studying the research of the actinomyces purifying the Zaohe river, the results showed that the best inoculated number was 10%. When pH is 7.0, it would be a best treatment. Compared with station level,it had a better treatment under the rotational level. The paper did the study on purification of Zaohe river by Hydrophytes belonging to the Weihe river and actinomyces. We screened the Phragmites communis to be the best plant which could remove nitrogen and phosphor efficiently. We also screened the Oenanthe javanica to be the plant which was suitable for bioremediation of Zaohe river. Meanwhile,we studied the optimized condition of purifying Zaohe river. It is very few reports about the purifying technology for Zaohe river treatment in shanxi province so far, so the great deal of primary experimental data and corresponding parameters in this paper can be referred for further study of bioremediation technology for trentment of Zaohe river.
