| In this paper, green asparagus(Aspargus of oficinalis L.) as wood, adopted after the green asparagus and physiological changes goods (morphology, hardness, respiration, enzyme activity, moisture, Crude fiber, sugar, chlorophyll, Vitamin C, etc.) begin, to improve and extend the Green Asparagus Storage quality and shelf-life period for the purpose. Discussion on the Green Asparagus Storage effective ways.Storage preservation technology of asparagus(Asparagus officinalis L.) by the treatment of high CO2 treatment were studied.Optimum conditions were selected with the contents of activc components:fiber content,MDA content,Chlorophyll content,Vc content and the activity of PAL as markers by orthogonal design. And the change of Physiological Characteristics in storage were studied. The result showed that the optimum treatment condition was CO2 30%,time of the treatment 24h and O2 0% . The fact show that cellulose content can be inhibited ,and the activity of PAL can be repressed of the asparagus. The commodity yield was up to 95% under(2.5±0.5)℃low tempreture preservation for 20 days.Calcium green asparagus can be extended period of the shelves, CaCl2 solution immersion, Green can effectively increase the intensity of asparagus cells, reduce the incidence of soft rot. MAP packaging can be satisfactorily resolved green asparagus in the storage process of dehydrating withering, well maintaining the appearance of green asparagus quality. Test results showed that the best Green Asparagus (after 30%CO2. After 24 hours of hypoxia 2.5℃for 12 hours) for the combination of storage CaCl2 concentration of 4% soaking time 2min, MAP packaging of the CO2 content of 2%, 6% O2 content. |
