Waste water treatment technology by plasma is one of developing deep water treatment methods in domestic and foreign recently. The high voltage pulsed discharge plasma water treatment equipment is introduced. The treatment equipment has following characteristics: simple structure, the electrical parameters easy to adjust, broad adaptability, simple maintenance, reliable operation and so on. Not only this equipment is different from general electro-hydraulic impulse water treatment device, but also the energy consumption is reduced more than 30 percent than conventional ozone generator water treatment device, and the treatment effect is good. The principle of high voltage pulsed discharge plasma water treatment technology, some factors effecting water treatment effect, and the method for determining quantity of discharge electrode couples according to amount of waste water treated and reasonable configuration of complete equipment are introduced in this paper.Some plant coking waste water and a dumping site trash penetrating fluid in Chongqing are separately treated by this equipment. Main parameters for getting certain treatment effect is found. In addition, tap water which is deposited and filtered only is sterilized and disinfected by this device. The experimental results indicate that the eliminating rate of backwoods coli and other microorganism is more than 95 percent after 15 to 30 minutes treatment.In this study, the method how to determine main parameters for the plasma water treatment equipment is provided. |
