Ammonium-nitrogen and phosphor were two important reasons for causing eutophication of water bodies. This thesis discussed the condition on the formation of magnesium ammonium phosphate[MAP] in orgor watsewater, the effect of ammonium-nitrogen and phosphor removal and the wastewater can reach the discharge standands. The experimentation methods were:①Improving watsewater's biochemical treatment by alkaline hydrolysis;②Releasing phosphor in anaerobic;③Adding magnesium chloride to the wastewater and occuring magnesium ammonium phosphate[MAP] deposition;④Using Ferrate solution to dispose wastewater and reach the standard of drainage wastewater in our country. The experimental results showed that:①Rogor wastewater was poor biodegradability. Its BOD5/COD can increat from 0.25 to 0.42 after alkaline hydrolysis of 5h.②Under the anaerobic condition , the phosphorus release was intensity influenced by pH. when pH=8, the concentration of phosphate was from 270mg/L to 800mg/L after 4h and the highest phosphorus release ratio was 77.6%. Temperature has small influence on the phosphorus release ratio and the optimization temperature was 30℃.③The orthogonal expriments were showed that the influence removal rates of phosphor and using ammonia-nitrogen the order was: pH >n (NH4+) :n (PO43-) >n (Mg2+): n (PO43-)>temperature.④The single optimizing expriments were showed that: When 811, the removal rates of phosphor were declined slightly.⑤When 9.510.5. The utilization factor of ammonia was only 54.32% and the concentrationg of residual was 189.1mg/L when pH=14.⑥The optimization n(NH4+) :n (PO43-) was 1.06 and the concentrationg of residual phosphor was 19.8mg/L.⑦With Ferrate solution to dispose wastewater after deposition, the wastewater was reached the standard of drainage wastewater in our country when the CFeO42-=5×10-3mol/dm3.⑧Elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction were showed that the precipitation mainly magnesium ammonium phosphate.⑨Many greenstuff was planed to investigate that the precipitatin had no obviously toxicity.⑩Wastewater treatment was costed about 1.05 yuan per ton, the economic value of about 3.90 yuan every ton of water, profit of about 2.85 yuan per ton.
