The preparation procedure of ethanol with lingocellulose fermentation contains 3 steps, i.e., pretreatment of raw material, saccharification of cellulose and fermentation of cellulose. In this paper, guided with the microbe ferment theory and uesed the reported research findings, the effect factors of fermentation process for straw has been researched by the method of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSF). The factors include fermentation temperature, fermentation time, concentration of inoculum, inoculation ratio as well as the dosage of cellulose enzyme. The optimal processing condition of ethanol preparation with lingocellulose fermentation was obtained. Under the condition, the preliminary studies on other cellulose stuff such as corn and bean have been done.The experimental results indicates that the optimal technical parameters of ethanol preparation with straw culms by SSF method are follwing. The fermentation temperature is 38℃, fermentation time is 72h, scale of inoculum is 10%, dosage of cellulose enzyme is 40IU/g, and the inoculation ratio of leaven and saccharomyces cerevisiae is 2∶1. Under this condition, the production ratio of ethanol is 0.199g/g.Under the same optimal condition for straw, the order from high to low on the production ratio of ethanol for the same mass of cellulose raw material is corn, straw, corn plus straw, straw plus corn plus bean, corn plus bean, straw plus bean, and bean. The production ratio of various raw material is respectively 0.2019g/g,0.1989g/g,0.1959g/g, 0.1900g/g,0.1721g/g, 0.1661g/g and 0.1482g/g. Because the best time of corn fermentation is between 72h to 96h, it can be inferred that the optimal fermentation time for part of cellulose raw materials is longer than 72h.
