Sensitive Hydrogel is a kind of intelligent material , its structure,physical,chemical properties change with the influence of the external environment. Hydrogel has shape with"humidity and soft"after swelling, all these features are the basis of bionic material design, chemical separation mechanics, drug control release mechanics and chemical valve and so on.In this paper,chemical crosslinking P(AA/AMPS) and semi-IPN-PVA- P(AA/AMPS) intelligent hydrogel are prepared by aqua-solution method, we reaserch pH, ionic strength and electric field stimulus responsibility of these hydrogel, synthetic process and swelling kinetics of P(AA/AMPS) and PVA-P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel have been studied. The volume phade transition of P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel was also investigated, which swet in salt solution and mixture of water and organic solvent.The main contents and results are summarized as follows:1. APS used as an initiator, Bis used as a cross linker, hydrogel based on AA and AMPS has been synthesized in water solution. ESR of hydrogel in pH=2,7,12 solution are used as evaluating indicator, The results shows that hydrogel with good comprehensive performance can be gained under optimizational experiment condition, the optimized technological condition are: AA:AMPS=3:1(mass ratio), initator consumption 0.6wt%, cross linker consumption 0.7wt%, reaction temperature 50℃,monomers concentration 25%.In order to improve the intensity and brittleness of the hydrogel, we mixed PVA and P(AA/AMPS) together to form semi -IPN-PVA-P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel, and the proper synthetical condition was obtained.2. The properties of the P(AA/AMPS) and semi-IPN-PVA-P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel were measuring using IR, XRD and TGA in this paper.3. The P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel presents obvious capacity saltation towards different ionic strength or pH, its critical values are 9 and 0.1 individually.The swelling of the semi-IPN-PVA-P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel is a non-Fickian process. At pH=10, Its ESR appears obviously change.The critical values of ionic strength is 0.1.The hydrogel deflexs quickly in the electric field, we reseached a few of the mechanism of it and got the formula about△∏, the result is as follow:4. In this paper, the volume phade transition of P(AA/AMPS) hydrogel in different mixture of water and acetone, methanol, ethanol, 1-propyl alcohols, ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol,and different salt solutions(NaCl,KC1,CaC12,Na2S04,K 2S04,CaS04)was also investigated. The volume phade transition of hydrogel was depended on the compositions of solution, the concentration of solution.
