The urban soil environment and growing condition of greening streets were changed bythe urban crust-covered paving. In this article, the change of activated oxygen defensiveenzymes and lipid peroxidation of urban greening streets False Simon Poplar undercrust-covered stress were studied. The concentration of malondialdehyd(MDA) and theactivities of super oxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT) under twodifferent habitats were measured through comparative experiments on False Simon Poplar bysoft-covered and crust-covered paving. Some important idexes such as chlorophyll andprotein were also studied. The aims were to discuss the relations between these physiologicalindexes and crust-covered paving, then the influence of crust-covered paving on greeningstreets False Simon Poplar was put forward.The experimental results showed that the concentration of MDA in False Simon Poplarleaves under crust-covered stress were more than that under soft covering. As the timeextending, both the concentration of MDA and the cell membrane permeability increased. Theactivity of SOD under crust-covered stress was better than that under soft covering, itincreased as the time extending; The activity of POD under crust-covered stress was betterthan that under soft covering in mild and moderate stress, but the activity of some old FalseSimon Poplar reduced when it reached severe stress; The activity of CAT was not detected;The concentration of chlorophyll under soft covering were obviously more than that undercrust-covered stress through the age matching False Simon Poplar leaves' studying; Theconcentration of protein under soft covered was also more than that under crust-coveredpaving, it increased at first, then reduced with the extend of the time; The leaf mass under softcovering was higher than that under crust-covered stress.The crust-covered stress increased the activity of False Simon Poplar and lipidperoxidation, improved active stress of protective enzymes of active oxygen and depressedthe growth trend.
