Polyoxometalates-organic hybrid materials as a kind of multifunctional material are widely studied for their interesting applications in catalysis, electronic conductivity, magnetism, nonlinear optical properties and medicine. The synthesis and preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid compounds is an important part of molecule designing in modern chemistry. The research on this kind of material had not only promoted the development of material science by the synthesis of new species, but also the development of chemistry by combining molecular engineering science, organic chemistry and solid inorganic chemistry together. And more, it will become a new power to push on the polyoxomates and new branch of the chemistry. In this paper, the compound [HN(CH)][N(CH)][PMo Mo O(VO)(O)] (1) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by directly using Keggin polyoxometalates HPMo·24HO as starting materials, triethylammonium and bivanadyl capped Keggin polyoxoanions acts as organic component and inorganic component, respectively. The compound [(CH)NH] [PMoO]·3[(CH)NH] (2) and [(CH)NH]-[PMoO]·5HO (3) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and conventional conditions, respectively. Piperidine and Keggin polyoxoanions(Wells-Dawson polyoxoanions) acts as organic component and inorganic component, respectively. The compound [HN(CH)][N(CH)][PWO(HO)] (4) has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions by directly using Keggin polyoxometalates HPWiO·24HO as starting materials, triethylammonium and Keggin polyoxoanions acts as organic component and inorganic component, respectively. These complexes have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, and study the influence factor of their structure through the discussion of crystal structure of these compounds. Other characterizations by elemental analysis,XPS,IR,ESR,TG and cyclic voltammograms curve are also described.Compound (1) consists of two neutral triethylammonium moleculars, three protonated triethylammonium moleculars and unusual Keggin polyoxoanions [PMoMoO(VO)-] and polyoxoanions [PMoMoO(VO)]. This compound is a novel bivanadyl capped, highly reduced vanadylpolymolybdophosphate Keggin complex. It can be best described as two a-Keggin-type core {PMoO} with two {VO} and two {VO} units capping two opposite pits, respectively. Triethylammonium moleculars stabilize the whole structure.Compound (2) consists of one [PMoO] heteropolyoxoanion, three protonated piperidine moleculars and three neutral piperidine molecules. They all connect through/ hydrogen bonds and Van de Waal interactions.Compound (3) is composed of one [PMoO] heteropolyoxoanion, six protonated piperidine molecules and five lattice water molecules. They all connect through hydrogen bonds and Van de Waal interactions.Compound (4) consists of Keggin polyoxoanions [PWO],two neutral triethylammomum moleculars, two water moleculars and three protoned triethylammonium moleculars which all stabilize the whole structure.
