As the development of society and the prosperity of economy, human need more and more energy source. A large amount consumption of energy makes a lot of pollutants discharge directly into the natural environment which causes air pollution. In these air pollutants, SOx causes the most serious pollution to the environment. It will not only corrode the bridge, the building, as the form of acid rain, but also injure the people's respiratory tract. In metropolis, the number of automobile increase rapidly year after year, except the CO2, the second largest pollutant in big city is sulfide, which is discharged by off-gas. So how to decrease the content of sulfur in fuel is the key to reduce the pollution of off-gas.In daily production, hydrogenation desulfurization system (HDS) is the traditional desulfurization technology which been used widely. But it has high react condition, such as high temperature, high pressure, and high cost of operation and maintenance, so this technology will not be utilized for small size refinery. As a new way to produce the low-sulfur fuel, oxidative desulfurization is concerned by people widely, for its high efficiency, lower react condition, simple technics and lower cost. Meanwhile, because the simple preparation, lower price than precious metal catalyst, the high activity of catalysis and the environmental protection, heteropoly compound is becoming the hotspot of research and used widely in the area of green organic catalysis.This lecture changes the mixture ratio of reactant Na4P2O7·10H2O, Na2WO4·2H2O and WO3, and let the ratio as a factor to do orthogonal experiment, using the way of solid phase reaction synthesis several Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly Compounds with different components. Regard product as catalyst, taking H2O2 and H2O2-Peraceticacid as oxidizer to do the experiment of diesel oxidative desulfurization separately. Discussing the best react condition of diesel oxidative desulfurization, and the outcome realizes that the Tungstophosphates of Het eropoly Compounds we synthesized have the catalysis ability. Combine with the math analysis, we find that when the mixture ratio of reactant change, the catalysis ability also change, and the influence of WO3 content is most notable. Through the analysis of XRD and FT-IR, we found that the catalysis activity of Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly Compound has relation to the top-oxygen's activity. When Od has more activity, its ability to get or lose electron turns more strong, it reflects that Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly Compound has high catalysis activity.
