The frequent accidents mainly result from hidden danger lying in transportation of LPG, including fire, leakage, crash and vibration and so on. This paper largely makes analysis and conclusions on thermal process of inner tank under vibration.As to the LPG in the case of tank vibrating, this paper first sets up preparatory physics mathmatics model and then a complete physics mathmatics model which consists of the following four parts:(1) The motion of tank due to vibration. It analyzes the relative motion between saturated liquid and gas tank, as well as its cprresponding influences on inner pressure.(2) Phase-change of saturated liquid resulting from pressure change.(3) Calculation on the growth and disappearance of bubbles in the over-heated liquid according to experience formula. It greatly depends on Conservation of Mass to analyze the mass transportation of saturated liquid.(4) Calculation on the change of inner pressure thanks to bubble's growing and disappearing.Based on mathematical model, this paper analyzes the changes regarding both the volume percentages of gas and liquid, and inner pressure by simulating the phase-change during vibration with the help of commercial software CFX. From such datas the further analyses on the tank vibrating frequency, as well as the influences of liquid input on the cavitating speed and press fluctuation, offer some possible conclusions and references to future safe storage and transportion.
