Guizhou Karst distribution area covering more than two-thirds of theprovince. Various types of groundwater are distributed in the soluble rock. Karst groundwater system is complicated, and bears unique characteristics of hydrogeochemistry, prominent geochemistry vulnerability and environment frangibility. Therefore, accurately and comprehensively studying hydrochemistry characterics of Karst groundwater and the interaction mechanism between microbe and metal ions is beneficial to protect water resource effectively, and futher polluted groundwater. This paper is based on the natual environment of the Karst region of Guizhou, through analizing the hydrogeology, geomorphology, and stratigraphic of the natural features of the area; focus through to the soil-limestone karst system simulation of the soil column experiment, the system of bacteria from Breeding , identification, and microbiological right of manganese ore, iron ore and karst system Cu, Mg leaching explore the effect of microorganisms and micro-organisms under conditions Mn, Fe, Cu leaching of relevance, has come to the following conclusions :(1)Fe2+ and Mn2+ are very similar in their nature, and groundwater in existence almost simultaneously; biological filter which can be oxidized to remove;(2) Ironc has an prominent inflence on manganese from biological filtration; and iron can enhance the activity of bacteria to manganese , but in the influent concentration of ferrous higher circumstances, the use of iron bacteria is priority.(3)Chemical reaction is the main point to iron oxide, the lower temperature only affect its activation energy, and manganese oxide contained microbial role in promoting the growth of microorganisms and preferably at a temperature of around 20℃, so the most suitable temperature is to 20℃when ferromanganese coexist;(4) Through the soil column experiment, microbes reach to the best disposal effects on Cu2+ when the circumstances are pH 9.5, temperature 25℃and time 24 h ; and meanwhile, microbial adsorption capacity increased gradually along with that of Cu2+ concentration , and it become a stable value at last.Through mineral-water-microbial system for the water microbial iron, manganese, copper adsorption experiments,it demonstrated that this experiment has certain feasibility, being further expanded through laboratory tests, aimed at achieving biotechnology in mineral processing and environmental management with the overall promotion .Set a new model of mineral -water -microbe system to predict and control water environment state of multi-scale.
