Composition of pesticides is one of the important means to develop new pesticides. The adding effect of composite pesticide is always recognized and evaluated on the effect of composite pesticide abroad. The basis of composite pesticide whether increase effects or not is the bioassay in laboratory. The environmental factors significant affect virulence on Composition of pesticide. Now, the environmental condition on bioassay in the laboratory is inclined to the growth of the living creatures, while it is less to be considered the effects of virulence on composite pesticide. Expression of 10%Fenpropathrin and Abamectin were investigated in different environmental factors. The results will help to understand whether the optimal composition of pesticide being obtained in the laboratory is the optimal proportion under different environmental factors.1. The Select and Levels Design of Environment FactorsTemperature, humidity, intension of illumination and time of illumination were selected as the four factors of experimentation, among exterior factors which affected on pesticide. The universal rotational combinatorial design of quadratic regression of four factors and five levels was applied in experiment on prevenient study and the range of the environmental condition on bioassay in the laboratory.2. The Expression of Abamectin toxicity on effects of Environment FactorsThe effects of the Expression of Abamectin toxicity on effects of Environment factors were studied using The universal rotational combinatorial design of quadratic regression. The results showed that temperature was the main fact on expression of Abamectin toxicity, the main effects and hypo-effects obtaining significantly; the following factor is humidity; the third was intension of illumination; the last was time of illumination. Under 31st different environment conditions, the Expression of Abamectin toxicity was the best and worst in the limit temperature(30℃, 22℃). Abamectin was the pesticide of positive temperature coefficient, as the toxicity of Abamectin was obvious positive related to temperature. Under other combinations, it also showed that the temperature has great effect on toxicity, and with the change of temperature, it showed the vary rule. The toxicity of the descending sequence was: the tests 1-8 in 24℃, the tests 19-31 in 26℃, the tests 9-16 in 28℃.3. The Expression of Fenpropathrin toxicity on effects of Environment FactorsThe results showed that temperature was the main fact on expression of fenpropathrin toxicity; the following factor is humidity; the third was time of illumination; the last was intension of illumination. The toxicity of fenpropathrin obvious negative related to temperature, humidity and intension of illumination, while the toxicity of fenpropathrin was obviously positive related to time of illumination. The main effects and hypo-effects obtained significance, their orientation was both minus. Fenpropathrin was the pesticide of negative temperature coefficient. The temperature is the main factor of the expression of fenpropathrin toxicity, so it should be controlled in the experimentation. The expression of abamectin toxicity was the best and worst in the limit temperature(30℃,22℃). The interaction effect of temperature and humidity was the best and its orientation was minus in the interaction effects of four Environment factors on the expression of fenpropathrin toxicity. The interaction effect of temperature and illumination intensity was minimal, and its orientation was positive.4. The toxicity Expression of Fenpropathrin-Abamectin on Effects of Environment FactorsThe results showed that the temperature condition on significant the expression of single pesticide was the main fact on expression of Composition of pesticide toxicity, and showed a positive correlatiouship between temperature and toxicity. The expression of toxicity in the highest combination on temperature was the best, while the expression of toxicity in the lowest combination on temperature was the worst. Three mixtures were the pesticides of positive temperature coefficient. The function of different proportion mixtures varied on different combined environmental condition. The toxicity of the descending sequence Under 31st different environment conditions was: fenpropathrin-abamectinⅡ, fenpropathrin-abamectinⅡ, fenpropathrin-abamectinⅢ. The function on some combinations were antagonism. The increase function on Composition of pesticide changed no significantly in the environment condition of this trial. The results showed that different combined environmental conditions had no effect on the same Composition of pesticide. In the combination with temperature 24℃, the synergism of different proportion mixtures varied in the same combined environmental condition. The function of fenpropathrin-abamectinⅡincreased, while the function of fenpropathrin-abamectinⅠshowed a little change and the function of fenpropathrin-abamectinⅢdeclined.Among the designs of this experiment, the combined environmental factors of project 25 to 30 approached the condition of feed and living of resources best, and they were also similar to the environmental condition of general toxicity test in lab. But under this condition, the co-toxicity coefficient of the three mixtures are not the best. It proved that the synergism under combined environmental condition of bioassay in lab at present was not optimal. Synergism of Fenpropathrin and AbamectinⅡis the best, under 24℃environmental factors combination it the co-toxicity coefficient better than other environmental factors combination. The synergism of Fenpropathrin-AbamectinⅠand Fenpropathrin -AbamectinⅢWithout the differenceunder all environmental factor combinations.
