| Water is a part of environment. It is not only one kind of worthy natural resource, but also a foundation material that supports the social development of mankind. In recent years, with the development of the social economy, many water environmental problems such as lacking of water, water pollution, deterioration of water environment, water system disorders, have been caused by the natural factors and artificial factors. These problems have the extremely negative impact on the survival of mankind and the development. Our country is short of water because of the water quality. The main water environmental problem is water pollution. Therefore, to resolve the water environmental problem of our country, we should start with controlling the total amount of pollutant.Huaihe River belongs to the key pollution preventing and controlling drainage area during the national eleventh-five year planning, and Huainan city is the national important energy sources base, which is typical and representative. Accordingly, this thesis topic discusses the surface water environment capacity and related issues of energy sources city in the middle region of Huaihe River with Huainan city as example. The main work and results mainly reflected in the following four aspects:1. The work before calculating the water environment capacity. We should ascertain environmental function zones and control units, generalize pollutant outlets, set the cross sections to monitor the water quality and collecte a large amount of information and data.2. Choosing methods to approve surface water environment capacity. According to the hydrology characteristic of the river segment and the distribution of river limber jaws, choose both appropriate and convenient method and then calculated the surface water environment capacity of Huainan city.3. Study on water environment capacity model. We calculate CODCr water environment capacity and Ammonia Nitrogen water environment capacity of the mixed Section of Huaihe River with one-dimensional model and two-dimensional model, comparate and analysis the results, and then ascertain reasonable model to account surface water environment capacity of Huainan city. 4. Study on the water environment capacity parameters. In the process of accounting the surface water environment capacity in Huainan city, it's hard to get accurate and representative Ammonia Nitrogen weaken coefficient. This paper attempts to use the Ammonia Nitrogen weaken coefficient which is determined in Huainan City to calculate the surface water environmental capacity, hope to correcte the unreasonable capacity accounting method.Checking the water environment capacity is the precondition of carrying out the total amount comtrol, and achieving the water quality targets. At the same time, it also provides a quantitative basis for the prevention of water pollution. |
