Research On The Treatment Craft And Recyling Of Regeneration Papermaking Wastewater

From the view of environmental protection and recycling economy, the characteristicsof regeneration papermaking wastewater, processing technique of papermaking wastewaterand reuse of the effluent were studied in this paper. Integrated treatment methods of UASB+aerobic membrane biological process with combine craft were applied in the treatment ofwastepaper regeneration papermaking wastewater. The method was verifiable through thepapermaking factory(as follows call the factory) in DongGuan city using in long years,since it could reach the purpose attaining back to use much wastewater, reducing thetonnage of wastewater, lowering the material depletion. It also could reach the national andlocal primary discharging standard.Carrying on the experiment that combining to four kinds of wastewater treatment craftunder the different condition of management expenses, the processing result and operation,it still inquired that the influence brought the recover ratio to the processing the craft, cost,the product quantity and the biodegradability of waste water. Practice proving that thewastewater could not meet the requirement of the discharging standard treated after AFcraft when the recover ratio was 0, so the wastewater couldn't recover to use; when theintegrated treatment craft recover ratio was under 30ï¼…, the external appearance of theprocessed waste water was pure and transparent, nearing to reach the discharging standard,so the recover ratio was under 30ï¼…; when the combination craft of the integrated treatmentmethods and aerobic membrane biological process recover ratio was under 50ï¼…, theprocessed waste water could guarantee to meet the requirement of the discharging standard,so the recover ratio was under 50ï¼…well; when the combination craft of the integratedtreatment methods, UASB and aerobic membrane biological process recover ratio wasunder 80ï¼…, the processed waste water could guarantee to meet the requirement of thedischarging standard, so the recover ratio was under 80ï¼…well.It studied the influence of the aerobic membrane biological processing result whichbrought by HRT, the aeration speed and pulse doffing membrane that analyzing the causation of HRT shortage after adding the recover ratio and the influence of HRT broughtby the influent. The experiment indicated that the best HRT was 8 hours and the scale of airand water was 30:1.The integrated treatment methods, UASB and aerobic membrane biological processcombine craft was important in the papermaking wastewater treatment. It has the importantmeaning to do away with the pollutant in water.
