The Ziegler-Natta catalyst due to lower production cost,ideal catalytic activity ,lower equipment cost and so on,already developed into a very important kind of catalyst system in the polyethylene synthetic industry . the third generation Ziegler-Natta catalyst developed by English BP corporation which has great advantage in lower investment cost, simple technical process and good product quality obtained wide-promoted application in the polyethylene synthetic industry. This paper describes the latest tendency of Ziegler- Natta,and Systematically discuss years of research of Process Improvement and new product development.Through this topic, mainly has following several aspects to harvest.1. During the processing of LLDPE powder , adding compound organic peroxide, producing the high-strength material, studied the relation of the organic peroxide and performance of the product and after-processing, Through the high-strength material industrialization experiment, summarized the industrialization production formula and process parameters.2. After Analysis method improvement in the process of catalyst producing , increased the analysis precision, also greatly reduced the analysis time,it is helpful to produce the qualified catalyst product.3. Through to the industrialization experiment of many magnesium powders,found the domestical magnesium powder which may replace the import magnesium powder.not only reduce enterprise's production cost, also find out the relation of magnesium powder quality and the catalyst Activeness.
