| The aflatoxin will overfulfill during the storage of peanuts,and the problem influence the export of peanuts from China.So the department of science and technology set up a program named《The multi-storage technology and industrialization of ten thousand nut-products material》in order to solve the problem of aflatoxin overtop.This experiment study peanuts from Anhui, through research types of coating materials, the condition of making membrane, citral content, storage temperature and packaging for storage and other factors,optimization all factors,then developed a method to prolong the preservation period of peanuts.Also research LC-MS detection of aflatoxin as a new method.Research results obtained are as follows:1. Chitosan coating can be effectively suppressed aflatoxin content increasing in the process of peanut storage, to other nutritional substances have no significant effect.Chitosan concentration,pH of membrance liquor, and the solution temperature of the membrane influenced properties of the membrance. Packaging conditions has little effect on the aflatoxin content, the storage temperature effect aflatoxin content significantly.2. Using citral as additive will give us a much better results of inhibit aflatoxin.3. Based on the experimental results, in combination with actual production, the optimal conditions are as follows : chitosan of cps150 +1.5% chitosan membrane concentration +0.025% citral content +15℃storage temperature.4. Amplificatory experiments showed that under the optimum conditions, after peanut storage 180 days, aflatoxin B1 and total were below the standards set by the EU,it will be able to meet export conditions. |
