Cement block and rocks, the common materials used for the establishment of roads,bridges and high buildings, though widely and quantitatively used, have qualitativedifferences. To appraise objectively the quality of building materials, some relatingparameter should be measured in a quantitave manner. In practical construction,there is always the situation in which the materials are used for bearing pressure.Under such circumstances, the reseach of measuring technology for press strength isof practical significance and value.The paper, first of all, discusses the purpose and significance of the research andbriefly explains the background of the subject, setting up the mathimatical model ofmeasuring system of materials' press strength, explaining the bearing press ofspecimen while being pressed with force balance equations, explaining the staticcharacteristic and dynamic characteristic of measuring system with ordinarydifferential equations, describing the control arithmetic of constant speed press withdifferntial equations, analyzing the measuring condition of non-distortion of system,reseaching the key technology of measuring system——error correction, real-timemeasurement and PID control arithmetic of constant speed press.The paper, secondly, in resort to the above reseaching contents, selects the measuringproject and makes designs for macro-soft and micro-soft. The former includesforward path, backward path and human-computer interaction path. While the latterinvolves in the sub-program of data collection, figure filter wave as well as the ones ofchecking, standardization, qualifying。Then,standard and qualify the equipment,and the practical measurement.Lastly, the paper analyses the testing results and makes evaluation of the basiccharacteristic and performance of the testing equipments.
