Construction And Study Of Lake And Reservoir Water Environment Management Information System

The environmental problems appear and accur continuously, such as eutrophication,water quality depravation,fulling up or atrophies,zoology system destruction of the nationwide lake and reservoir, the water quality salty of the dry region and so on which have influence the living and production of people,who live in seacoast of the lake and reservoir, and the correlative economic development seriously.It has become real problem which need to be resolved urgently by The Ministry of Water Resources and The Environmental Protection Department that how to manage water environment of the lake and reservoir, control the water pollution actually and improve water environmental quality. To solve the pollution bases on finding out the present condition of the lake and reservoir pollution condition, analyzes the reason of the water pollution production, predicts the unborn pollution, values the adopted measures.All these works are very tediousand and complicated, which is obviously impractical only depend on manual work,especially in big cities and areas.Therefore, the modern environmental management measures are essential .This thesis systematically introduces the situation of lakes and reservoirs, which combines the water quality model of lakes and reservoirs, including current water quality of lakes and reservoirs in China, the situation of water environmental management development in domestic and oversea countries, technology of GIS,correlative computer information technology and the application of exploring the solution of water environmental management of lakes and reservoirs. With the example of some lakes and reservoirs in Beijing this system refers to managemental informatics, theory of GIS, the water environmental scientific theory, and relevant standard and criterion of nation and industry, adopts the ArcGIS Engine software, the SQL Server database, Visual Basic programme language. The development work of water environmental management of lake and reservoir reasonably constructs the frame of the water environmental information management system; analyzes the basic condition and techniques and put forward the designing target, principle, contntent and technique route of the environmental management information system.The main study results of thesis were as follows: It realizes the digitalization management of the water environmental system with several example of lakes and reservoirs in Beijing, constructs the frame of GIS and water environmental information management of lake and reservoir in use of the VB and the ArcGIS Engine,implements the water quality model construct and study in water environmental management information system of lake and reservoir, carries out Digitalization of map according to the MapGIS; The system considers all aspects in convenience and utility and increases query fuction of laws and the document of help and so on.The result of this thesis provides digitalization management tool for the pollution forcast, analysis, evaluation, programming and the exaltation of the management efficiency;The thesis work which provides the all-directions( water, atmosphere, noise etc.) management contents has contributions on the environmental digitalization and certain referenced value to the similar Digitalization for the future.
