| The mine of Shi Yaodian in Shen fu diggings locates in north of Loess Plateau,the topography is very broken and is taking erode priority to loess upland terrain. In the building the mine of Shi Yaodian process, ground vegetation destroyed at different degree, soil configuration changed, the existing soil and water conservation establishment mangled, which resulted in the function of soil and water conservation reduce or loses, and bring plentiful abandon soil and dregs at the same time. If valid prevention measure do not adopted, it will acceleration the hungriness of the land and turns to lose with the Water and soil resources of the the region, result in bad influence of the item area and peripheral ecosystem environment. This article studied soil and water conservation and ecosystem recover during the building and production course of the mine of Shi Yaodian.Based on field investigation, correspondence soil and water engineering protection measure and ecological restoration measures were put forward for local environment reconstruction and restoration. Based on the field investigation and indoor analysis, it was divided into industry field prevention and cure area, belt line prevention and cure area, abandon dregs field prevention and cure area, out of field linearity prevention and cure area, initial pick sink prevention and cure area. According to the ecological characters in each region, soil and water conservation engineering measures were determined in key locations. Based on the site conditions analysis, tree and grass selection and layout plan were determined by analyzing local eco-environment conditions. The construction and practice of these measures make utilizing soil resource plenitude, do diggings soil and water conservation well, avoid zoology destroy, actualize resource using in reason, promote person harmonize with nature, and have the great importance to push the colliery production and constructs development.
