Glycoproteins and glycolipids of cellular surface exist multi copying glycochain, which play an important part in molecular identification and adhesion. The interaction of several thousand glycochain and protein produced synergic effect and increased adhesion and isomerism, which produced "multivalent effect" and "luster effect". Design and synthesis of multivalent glycoluster and glycodendrimer help us to study the function of multivalent effect, which is in the combination process of lgand-receptor, and deeply understand the biological function of multivalent effect so that we can simulate surface antenna of cell membrane. This helps to illuminate the molecular mechanism of glucide, which plays part in physiological and pathological process, and offer new avenue of medicament innovation, clinical diagnosis and treatment.Now the synthetic glycocluster and glycodendrimer are mainly synthesized by combination of linear and dendritic polymer as the framework and multi indican. But the reports of glycocluster that contains hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene as the framework are few, so we designed and synthesized the glycocluster which contained contains hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene as the framework.In this paper, tetra-â—‹-acetyl-glucose,tetra-â—‹-acetyl,l-thio-glucose, hepta-â—‹-acetyl- lactose,hepta-â—‹-acetyl-1- thio-lactose, were synthesized by a serial of chemical reaction process and monosaccharide disaccharide as the raw materials with the condition of purificatory tetrahydrofuran, NaH as the catalyzer, desiccated nitrogen gas and circumfluence. Then tetra-â—‹-acetyl-glucose,tetra-â—‹-acetyl-l-thio-glucose, hepta-â—‹-acetyl- lactose,hepta-â—‹-acetyl-1- thio- lactose reacted with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene by nucleophilic substitution for 48 hours, respectively. The products were washed by distilled water, crystallized again in chloroform- hexane and desiccated in the vacuum. The structures of products were characterized by FTIR, element analysis, NMR and so on. The experimental results demonstrated that the synthetic products were in accordance with the design products.
