| As an important plastic working technique, sheet metal stamping formingis broadly applied in industry field especially in automobile manufacturing.Recent years, high strength steel sheet metal and aluminum alloy sheet metalhas been greatly applied in the manufacturing of automobile pressing parts.However, in the stamping process, the sheet metal often appears wrinkle,crack and spring back. It has the ability to forecast the forming defect, reducethe cost of products and shorten the period of production by using thenumerical simulation in finite element in the stamping process of automobilepressing parts.It is researched the stamping forming of crossbeam for automobile byusing the numerical simulation in finite element, analyzed the main defect ofstamping forming of crossbeam, several technologic parameters influencingstamping forming of the crossbeam are also studied, Finally the paperconfirmed the influence order of R_凹,Z,μ,BHF(blank holder force) and thebest combination of parameters of stamping forming of crossbeam by usingorthogonal test.The principal contents in this paper are as follows:1. The theory foundation of sheet metal stamping forming has beenreserched. The theory and key techniques of numerical simulation in finite element are expounded such as bending rules, element type,treatment of contact and friction etc. The mechanical performanceparameters of 09SiVL material obtained according the experiment.Established the molds in Pro/ENGINEER and simulated with thesoftware called DYNAFORM, then measured the thickness value ofpractical pressing part comparing with simulative thickness value,and it is proved that the simulative result is reliability.2. Use different value of radius of die, through the simulation it canobtain the influence trend of radius of die which to stampingforming of the crossbeam of automobile.3. By using different value of Z to obtain the influence to stampingforming of the crossbeam of automobile.4. It has been proved that choosing the different value of friction andblank holder force (BHF) also influence the stamping forming of thecrossbeam of automobile strongly.5. select thickening ratio as the test target, the four parameters (R_凹,Z,μand BHF)as influence factor, with the combination of orthogonaltest and square analysis, finally confirmed the influence order of thefour parameters, at the same time, obtained the best combination ofparameters of stamping forming of crossbeam for automobile,ultimately finished the optimization of parameters which brings very,important action to the practical stamping forming process. |
