| The fermentation production of microorganism feed in the ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf was studied in this paper.The ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf is high consistency organic waste liquor, but it contains organic materials and rich elements, such as N, P, K and so on. According to the characteristic, the ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf can be used to rationalization. Hence, two aspects are obtained: the high consistency organic waste liquor can be treated and microorganism feed can be produced.The ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf is detected and analyzed; the ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf is fermented by Candida tropical, Geotrichum candidum AS2.616 and Geotrichum candidum AS2.1035. The optimal parameters are as follows: the consistency of waste liquor 9°Be, pH 6.0, temperature 30℃, the dosage of inoculation 3%, the rotate speed 140rmp, the dosage of bottle 50mL/250mL, the fermentation time of Candida tropical, Geotrichum candidum AS2.616 and Geotrichum candidum AS2.1035 is 48h, 60h and 60h respectively. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the production of three yeasts is: 5.442g/L, 5.530g/L and 6.110g/L; the removal of CODcr in the liquor of fermentation is: 27.24%, 26.83% and 28.12%. As a result, the Geotrichum candidum AS2.1035 can be the best yeast for the production of microorganism feed using the ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf.The optimal conditions of Geotrichum candidum AS2.1035 fermentation the ammonium sulfite waste liquor of kenaf are studied further. The parameters are follows: the consistency of waste liquor 7°Be, pH 6.0, temperature 27℃, time 54h, K2HPO4 2.0g/L, the rotate speed 140rmp, the dosage of inoculation 3%, the dosage of bottle 50mL/250mL and ZnSO4·8H2O 1.0g/L. Under the conditions, the production of Geotrichum candidum AS2.1035 can be obtained in the qualified effect, the production is 8.332 g/L, the removal rates of CODcr is 58.71%; the content of protein is 38.21% in the microorganism feed, and the content of Pb, Cr, Cd are satisfied for the standard of feed sanitation. Basing on ammonium sulfite pulping waste liquor as the materials, it can be used for production the microorganism feed. This technique can not only eliminate the pollution but also can gain by-product. So this technique has much prospect for the economic and social benefits. |
