A majority of water which is used for drinking has been polluted seriously. Along with the scientific development, people have expressly known the harm that various contaminations have brought to entironment and people's health, which spurs them to look for effective analyzing and measuring methods and take action that is propitious to prevent water pollution to protect the entironment.Based on the basic theory that different substance has different conductance, the question for discussion makes use of a self-made water quality fast-test system based on the high-speed microcontroller to realize the function of fast testing polluted water. High-speed microcontroller carries out the tasks, such as electrode selection, data acquisition and data communication with PC;The master PC is responsible for the slave machine and receives data. Then we compare the conductance range that the water quality fast-test system detects from the sampling water with the one of eligible water to judge whether the sampling water is eligible. The test results show that the system can reasonably satisfy the requirement of water quality test. By improving the hardware and software of system, it's likely to get the aim of real-time and fast-testing industrial liquid waste.In addition, since water is used for work substance that transfers quantity of heat, there has always been the problem of scaling on the heated surface and transferring heat surface. At the same time, the two trades of scale prevention and cleanout also come into being. Presently steam dynamical equipments such as boiler have been applied in industrial production such as power plant abroad. The direct effect of scaling is that it disturbs transferring heat normally, increases fuel's expenditure of boiler and reduces thermal or cooling efficiency of heat transferring equipment.
