| Along with the widespread application of CAD technology in other mechanicalprofession, Modular Machine Tool Spindle Box CAD software also brings one afteranother, has provided the convenience quick spindle box design tool for designer. But inthe process of designing spindle box, it not only needs to use the elementary knowledge ofthe natural sciences, but also needs to absorb the more importantly massive valuableexperience from the domain expert, which accumulates in the design practice, we candesign the superior spindle box in the short time. Therefore, when involving importantparameter choice, appraisal, analysis and making scheme choice and so on, the CADtechnology often needs human's help. Now, expert system has applied to the machinedesign and manufacture fields more successful as one kind of most representativeintelligent application branch. It could simulate expert's design process to help the designerto carry on the inference, the judgment and the decision-making, advanced the designquality and the efficiency enhancement greatly. Therefore, it is one tendency to apply theexpert system technology to the modular machine tool spindle box design.This article studies on expert system of boring spindle box, which is most commonlyused in modular machine tool (for shot: BSBES). In view of boring spindle box designcharacteristic and application situation of CAD technology in the field at present, itproposes the new method of uniting object-oriented language Visual Basic, Accessdatabase and VBA being an AutoCAD secondary development tool to develop BSBES.According to spindle box owning characteristic multi-shafts, multi-gears, multi-platoon thesituation of complex design process of entire transmission system, it proposes the designconcept of "the cascade design to cascade optimizes", it uses the design route of "thetransmission model optimized design to planning optimization" in each layer design, alsocarries on the fuzzy appraisal on many the overall schemes again, and finally obtains thesuperior scheme to boring spindle box transmission system.This paper plans the overall frame to BSBES that contains design of transmissionscheme and drawing process. It mainly studies the design of knowledge-database, theillation mechanism and the control strategy, described the structure principle and designprocess of two parts in detail, and realizes the process from the transmission schemeoptimization design, parameterized drawing for parts to main shaft and driving shaftdrawing through the friendly man-machine interaction interface. The operation of exampleindicated that, this disposition of system research environment is reasonable, moreover, itcalculates precisely, design scheme is superior, and its graph conforms to the design requirement. All of the work builds a certain foundation on making the further research anddevelopment application about spindle box from now on, and have certain guiding senseand the reference value to researching the similar work. |
