Nano-silica a kind of inorganic pore nanomaterials with surface effect, small size effect,bulk effect, quantum tunnel effect is extensively used in the field of materials. In the thesis, the nano-SiO2 was modified and loaded, and prepare the novel nanocomposite foaming agent.The nano-SiO2, azodicarbonamide (AC) composite foaming agent, was prepared by immersion method. The material was characterized by means of TEM, solid state NMR, thermal analyses and FT-IR, etc. AC was intercalated in the porous nano-SiO2.The content of AC in the composite was ca. 28 %. The interaction between AC and the nano-SiO2 material was confirmed by FT-IR spectra. The affection of various dispersants and modifting agents were investigated. The favorite dispersant was glycerol, the favorite particle size distributions were 50nm-100nm. The favorite modifting agent was silane coupling agent KH-570 which was silane coupling agent,the nano-composite particles distributed more uniform, the favorite particle size distributions were 30nm-50nm.The nano-composite was applied, foam structure of composite foaming agent was better than AC by SEM.
